Processing Time

We process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During launches, restocks, or sales, processing may take a little longer, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Typical delivery estimates (after your order ships):

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 6–12 business days

  • International: 8–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday volume.

Carriers

We ship primarily using USPS (and occasionally other carriers depending on the package size and destination).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If you notice an address mistake, email us at support@artsylyons.com as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we’re not responsible for theft or loss. If your order shows delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery area and with neighbors

  • Contacting your local post office/carrier

  • Filing a claim with the carrier if needed

If a package appears lost in transit (no tracking movement for 10+ days domestic / 20+ days international), contact us at support@artsylyons.com and we’ll help troubleshoot next steps.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@artsylyons.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item(s)

  • A photo of the packaging

We’ll work together to make it right.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included at checkout and are not controlled by us.

Split Shipments

Sometimes items may ship separately (especially if your order includes products with different processing times). If that happens, you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
